My wife (Japanese citizen), 2 kids (3 year old and 9 month old) and I (US citizen) are all going to America for a few weeks, and I was wondering if there’s anything we need to do before leaving Japan, and what we need to do in America before reentering Japan, such as paperwork of vaccines, covid tests, etc.? A lot of things online either seem to be out dated or a bit confusing. Hope I can get some simple answers to help out. Thanks!

If you want clear answer, ask like a week before your trip. Things still change frequently.
