I am living in the japan sharehouse. On last monday i just came from work and my room was filled with water and my things were soaked with stinky water, the most important thing is the figure i was about to present my friend was completely ruined and i didnt know where that water comes but now i think its from shower someone just kept open it and go away then i contacted my tenants. told them everything and they just said( if that gonna happens again please contact us) soooo im asking if they have to pay me compensation at least for figure that ruined ?
