Problems with ordering from ドコモ

I too am having a problem with ordering a phone from Docomo (as I have seen these past couple days). I’m trying to enter my 商品予約番号 that I got from the email and every time I input it, it says that there was an error. What should I do? It’s obviously not an error on my behalf. I even went on my history and checked to see if it was the right number which it was.
