Hi guys! I have been thinking about going back to Japan via student visa to then look for full time jobs while being there, my question is: I have almost 50k euros saved and will be working 100% until the end of November 2024. The school I have been looking at will send the documents to immigration for COE in March 2025, where I will still have between 45 and 50k saved, if not more (it all involves company layoffs and total amount of severance pay I will receive). I am well aware I have much more than what they ask on my bank account, but I will not be working so won’t have income from let’s say January until I leave for Japan (I will not be able to give tax income returns because they are sent out in May in the Netherlands, which is where I am living right now).
Do you think this could hinder the visa process?
The advisor at the school said it would look better if I had a job but once I told him about my savings he said there should not be any problems with that amount lol
