Hey everybody. I'll be in Osaka solo for 6 days in mid november and wanted to ask you guys what you think about my itinerary and what I could/should change about it to make the most out of my time. I'll stay in Umeda, close to Osaka station
Note that I have already been to Japan 5 years ago. I was studying in Tokyo so I pretty much know how to get around Japan. I have already visited Kyoto and Nara during my time back then. I have seen a couple of things in Kyoto, but not everything (Kinkaku-Ji is missing e.g.). I'm not sure if I'm gonna do a day trip to Kyoto to check out some places that I haven't, but as of right now, it's not included in my itinerary. So anyways, here is my plan so far:
Day 1
Arrival in Osaka via Shinkansen (possibly around lunch or earlier)
Osaka Castle
Tenjinbashi (maybe)
Umeda Sky Building in the evening
Day 2
Shitenno-Ji + Isshin-Ji + Tennoji-Ji Park
Shinsekai + Tsutenkaku Tower
Going through Namba towards Dotonbori
Dotonbori
Shinsaibashi-Suji + Americamura (maybe)
Day 3
Minoh National Park (I really want to do a trip in nature)
Day 4
Kaiyukan Aquarium Osaka in the morning
Trip to Nagoya to meet a friend there (checking out Nagoya Castle and maybe more. Nagoya could also be a full day trip, but I'm not sure if there is much to see for me. I def want to see the aquarium though lol)
Day 5
Either go to Hiroshima or Himeji. Not sure yet what would be better. I'm open to suggestions for visiting other places
Day 6
Travel back
I would greatly appreciate if you guys can give me an idea if my trip is doable at a reasonable pace and if it's not too packed (or maybe not packed enough?). I'm open to further suggestions as to what other places I could visit 😀
