Hey all, I recently moved to (small-town) Japan to go to language school and I'm on the hunt for the elusive bike for tall people. I'm 188cm and have ridden standard mamachari on past trips to Japan, but never on hills. The town I'm in has plenty of hills and I need a bike with gears and a rack/basket if I can swing it.
I've tried browsing CycleBase and Aeonbike's online stores but when everything is listed by "minimum height", it's hard to tell if it would fit a tall person.
Does anyone have suggestions of current brands/offerings that aren't just sport/cross bikes? It's a long walk to my local Seiyu and I'm hoping to find a bike for running errands easily (aka has a rack/basket or can mount one).
