I bought things from amazon US and it said that my package is on hold.
“Unfortunately, ECMS Express wasn’t able to complete your delivery and needs additional information to try again. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.”
Do I need to be concern and contact the Ecms or I can wait. How long will it arrive? It said it already arrive in narita tho

That depends on what you ordered. If it’s something illegal to receive in JP or if there are rules against shipping that item they may send the package back. Sometimes customs doesn’t understand the contents and how to deal with the package so it may take some time to research.
Since they can’t complete the delivery you need to call them. If the package is returned to sender you may have to pay for shipping again.
This happened to me twice. Once, there was some holdup at customs but I got the package a little bit later. The other time the package was lost. Amazon fully refunded on the lost one.
I did get another package a few days ago without a problem. Once an ECMS delivery gets to Japan it’s tendered to a third-party, like Sagawa, for final delivery.
