Do I have enough time to get to the train on time?

I'm going to land in Narita at 08:50 AM on Monday. I booked a Narita Express that leaves from 10:45 AM and arrives at Tokyo Station at 11:45 AM. My Shinkansen ticket to Osaka is for 12:30 PM. Considering there's no delays with the flight – is ~2 hours from landing enough to get to the Narita Express? And is ~45 minutes enough to get to the Shinkansen on time?
