Comet A3 viewing group/location in Kyoto?

Hey yall, there's a rare comet C/2023-A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS) that's supposed to be visible by the naked eye (and obviously visible with binoculars) for about a half hour after sunset from the 11th onwards for most of October. It's brightest/most visible on the 12th, but unfortunately it's west-southwest and quite low on the horizon. It will climb into the darker sky over the rest of October, but will also be getting darker as it moves away from earth.

I'm a tourist who will be in Kyoto at the time, but I don't have any equipment (binoculars, telescope, etc) and I also don't have a good understanding of the geography/best spots for astronomy/night sky viewing in Kyoto. It would be a shame if the city lights drown it out, or if it's so low on the horizon that the mountains themselves block out the view

Was wondering if anyone who knows more/wants to figure this out/organize a viewing party with me in Kyoto, as it's not everyday you get to see a cool astral phenomenon like this.

I'm sure there must be some hike or spot in the vicinity of Kyoto where this would be best viewed from, but I wouldn't have a clue where that would be.

Does anyone have an idea? I don't really know much about this stuff but am trying to figure it out as I would really like to check this comet out!

Best,
Yuvi
