Would 1 hour 5 minutes be enough layover time in Naha airport? Flying in from Miyokama island, catching flight to Fukuoka.

My wife and I have to get from Miyokama to Fukuoka. Due to the schedule, this is the best flight, but the 1 hour and 5 minute window seems very risky. Our flight would land, and then we have 1 hour and 5 minutes until the Fukuoka flight takes off.

I've never been to Naha airport–would that be enough time to get between gates? Would the airlines be willing to assist us? We will have no luggage other than our carry-on backpacks.
