Hi everyone,
I visited Japan for the first time this year and made two restaurant reservations in advance—one for breakfast and another for an Omakase meal. I had to prepay for both. However, when I arrived at the restaurants, I was asked to pay again. Through a translator, I was told that the original payments would be refunded to me.
It’s been two months now, and I haven’t received any refunds. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what I should do in this situation?
