You should be able to see a comet today from Tokyo if you look West between 17:15 and 17:30

1. It will be brighter between the 16th and 20th too.

2. Going to be very difficult with the naked eye, but hopefully will get brighter as Owl_lamington (excellent username btw) says.

3. is this the comet that will go past our side of the moon ?
