A highly allergic guy needing help to prepare for the pollen season

I've been living in Japan for 7 years now. I already had dust allergies before moving here, and developed pollen allergies two years back. I guess those who understand will do so when I say it makes me hate my life on the days my sinus is swollen and blocked due to allergies and I'm sneezing throughout the day with a switched off dizzy mind. I'm looking for all sorts of things I can do to tackle this forever. Looking for suggestions on
1. How can I deep clean my house, especially the mattress and couch? I already use an air purifier (COWAY APMS-1421J AIRMEGA), a normal stick type vacuume, avoid outside clothes on bed, use a dust-mite resistant bedsheet, and use latex pillows. Additionally, is it worth to buy something like Jimmy Bx7 pro mattress cleaner?
2. What all allergy tests and treatments should I take before the pollen season arrives, so that I don't die? Any recommended clinics? I can speak Japanese.
