FEBRUARY: What is must do for 4 days in Tokyo?!?!

I realize that my time in Tokyo will be quite short, especially considering how much the city and country have to offer.

Given the colder weather and limited time, what would you recommend as a must-do or must-eat for a first-time visitor?

Are there any seasonal cultural experiences or traditions that I shouldn’t miss that fall just after Valentine’s Day?

Are there any lesser-known spots or restaurants that tourists often overlook but are worth experiencing?

Lastly, with my limited time, would you suggest any short day trips from Tokyo?
