First night in shinjuku, what should we do?

Hello, we have just arrived in Tokyo at our shinjuku hotel. What are some fun things to do tonight around this area that anyone could recommend? It is currently 5:00 pm 🙂 any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you so much
