Japan First Time – Itinerary Suggestion

First time going to Japan. Need a high level itinerary suggestion for next March 2025 trip from March 11th to April 2 (22 days) for family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids – 7 and 5) flying into/leaving from HND.

I think we want to visit Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and fit in Tokyo Disneyland, Super Nintendo World, see a volcano and catch cherry blossom season at the end before we leave.

Will also consider renting a car once out of Tokyo and into Kyoto if allows us to visit other cities via day trips and back to Kyoto and/or Osaka.

Any suggestions for the ideal split for these 3 cities?
