Does anyone use a 120v sous vide here?

I use a step down transformer for my current 230v sous vide, but it means I can’t do longer cooks since transformer shouldn’t be used for too long.

I’m looking to get a new machine that doesn’t require a transformer but none of the brands I can find here seem to have a very good reputation. I was thinking to order an Anova from the US but they all appear to be 120v.

Has anyone successfully used one here? Alternatively, any sous vide brands available in Japan with the proper voltage that someone can vouch for?
