Hi all, trying to purchase tickets for an event through the Lawsons l-tike website but when I try to buy them I have to authenticate my mobile number. That's fine but every time I try to authenticate I get the following error:
ご入力頂いた電話番号で認証が出来ませんでした。
Wewere unable to verify your phone number using the one you entered.
I have a japanese phone number, e-sim if that makes a difference. I've tried on like three different browsers, cleared cookies etc. Feel like I'm going around in circles 🙁 anyone else had a similar issue or knows a fix?
