Free games and digital resources for ALTs – PlipPlopLand

Hello, this is a self-promotion post to share my website of free ALT games.

PlipPlopLand is back (although actually not back, has been here all the time since I previously posted last year), with even more free games and other apps for ALTs and English teachers.

https://www.plip-plop-land.com is a website I have made to host my games for ALTs and English teachers. It has been in continuing development for over a year now, and there is more to come this year.

Among the library of games and apps are many ALT favourites such as a missing game, typhoon, bingo, concentration card game and others.

Also available are fully functional online versions of the Lets Try textbook digital materials for 3rd and 4th grades.

More recently I have added an advanced sentence making game(wordblocks), and other typing/reading games for classes at that level.

Also a reading game with a cute animated fish that I call Bubble Pop, which is definitely of educational value.

There are also more targeted games, for example an app for restaurant ordering activities and another for practicing giving directions around school and town. As well as general classroom apps, like a random number generator and timer.

I have started a Discord Server also where you can request apps and features, or just come to talk about your lessons. I will be there and am happy to help in any way I can.
