Homemade Dehydrated Meals and Airport Customs

Hi everyone! My partner and I will be in Tokyo next month for a holiday and we were thinking of dehydrating some vegan and gluten-free meals at home due to my partner’s dietry restrictions, since it’s hard to find gluten free food and it’s probably cheaper for us this way! I was thinking of packing it in a boiling bag and rehydrating the meals on the go at any 7-eleven wherever we are!

With that, I’m wondering if anyone would know if this is fine to bring as either a carry-on or our check-in luggage? Ingredients would include dehydrated:

-rice
-noodles
-broccoli
-carrot
-cauliflower rice
-fake chicken (quorn chikn pieces)

Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks!
