Want to start my own company. Visa advice

So I want to start my own company. Got a business plan and a good understanding of the market I want to enter.

It will however take some time to make it profitable so I wanted to do it whilst still having my current job, which to my understanding is not an option
(humanities). I work at an eikawa so my pay is not great but I’m almost up at 5 million a year so giving that up completely at the start feels not like a smart move.

I have 3 options (I think, please correct me if I’m wrong)

To get married to my gf and get a spouse visa (we’re gonna get married anyways but it will be sooner than expected. I do however do not like that the reason would be specifically because of a visa)

Change to the investment visa (or whatever it’s called) which is risky because then I don’t have a guaranteed income

three, wait for 1,5 years (which I don’t want to do) apply for PR (which itself takes a long time and may be rejected) and then start the company.

Or fourth one. Have the company in my gf’s name and I work there “part-time”

Any suggestions or if you have experience would be greatly appreciated.
