I’ve been using Hikari for a few years now and lately it’s been having a lot of disconnection issues like constantly every few minutes and it’s driving me nuts! I was wondering if it’s just time to get a new phone cable or it’s actually the provider’s issue?
Does anyone know the English support number for Softbank’s internet?

softbank is run over NTT lines. If you suspect the line is the problem, you can call NTT english support desk. In either case, they should be able to help or at least forward you somewhere that can.
