Hi I’m a single mother living in tokyo. I’m mixed (japanese/filipina) and I’ve been thinking on moving to okinawa but I don’t know anyone who lives there. I’m trying to look for a job in oki that provides housing.

1. Is there a reason why you want to go to Okinawa? There are certainly more opportunities in Tokyo

3. I can’t help with jobs, I’m afraid, but I can say that life in Naha is a whole lot more relaxed than life in Tokyo! It’s regional, but it’s still a city, not at all like being in the inaka, and Okinawan culture is a lot more laidback, which is nice.
