Hello, I am going to renew my residency card for the first time, under a spouse visa status, before it expires on Dec. 12. 2022.
I am being puzzled about what to enter as a job either Food Delivery or Self employed? The issue is that I can’t provide address and contact number as Uber Eats isn’t a direct employer. If I enter the job as a self-employed, would be a need to provide more documents to prove it?

I suppose you pay income tax?
If you file your own taxes, then it’s probably self-employed. Just show your tax return or blue tax return and you’re good.
