I’d be grateful to have your insight on

**iCLA Yamanashi Gakuin University Faculty of International Liberal Arts – University in Kofu, Japan.**

Little background:
21 YO. Graduated with **B.tech in Computer Science**, a month ago. It was never my choice to begin with. My parents threw me in so that they could feel safe in some sense and somewhat feel a sense of accomplishment on my behalf. Anyways. I struggled with the subjects I never wanted to sign up for and clearly wasted 4 years of my life into that mess without learning anything except for some life lessons and experiences.

Now for the future, I was planning to pursue **Japan Studies (International Liberal Arts) from iCLA**. To be honest, The plan is not really in the final phase yet but I’m really getting strong vibes from this one. I must have been looking at the wrong places to find the information I need, about the University and the course I mentioned above.

It will be really helpful if someone could enlighten me about both – the university and the specific course I mentioned above. Pointers like :

1. Pros and Cons of the course and the university.
2. What should I expecting from the course, the university and the overall culture around it.
3. Is it too late to change field of study and also while being experimental about it?

The Primary reasons behind me pursuing this course are : Exploring a part of world I always loved. Exploring the field of study that dive deep into that world. better opportunities. New life in a sense.

Thank you for the answers in advance and I truly apologize if it got a bit lengthy.
