I’ve been really into notion as a learning and organizational tool and was wondering if anyone had any examples to share of how they personally use Notion when learning Japanese.
It was a *complete* waste of time. It was much more effective just to build my understanding of grammar points through reading them and referring back to primary sources when I got confused instead of taking notes on a half baked understanding.
I don’t know exactly how note taking should fit into language learning.
EDIT: Just the act of typing/writing it out might be helpful, but specifically the organizing and referring back to it wasn’t. I wasted a lot of time with what to connect to what and if I look back on the contents I cringe

I haven’t used notion but I made this grotesque abomination with emacs org roam note taking tool when I was starting out.
