Can anyone tell me some key points on how to perfectly solve the 5th question which is there in listening part of jlpt. Although sometimes it is difficult to understand but I’m able to score only 4-5 out of 9. As they are of 1 mark each it seems to me as free marks which can step up my overall score.
I’m currently on N3 level

You might need to mention which level and which practice test.
Are you taking notes? The whole point is to give you a bunch of information and then ask a question that can be easily answered if you have all of the information but also wasn’t directly given in the dialog.
