resources for a school club

I plan on starting a club at my school. I plan on it being more of a self study while the club gives resources. I have found some YouTube but 2 problems occur. 1 none of us know enough Japanese to answer questions 2 the videos are nice but we don’t have anything to test out like a quiz or something.
