Is there a Japanese sim card company that has actual customer service? By phone or by chat?

I currently have a Mobal Sim card for my trip to Japan but I am having network selection issues – I’ve sent a few emails to Mobal but they are slow in replying back. They don’t have a phone number listed or chat option available. Just email. I noticed that other companies similar to them have the same set up; just an email or contact form for technical/customer support. Is there a Japanese sim card company that has a decent/fast customer support?

  2. Yeah, I’m using mobal and they have never responded to any email I’ve sent. I might change next year.
