Hi. I hope it’s ok to ask this here. I’m using pia ticket for the first time so I need a bit of help. I had handed over the tickets from the website to a friend of mine because we’re going to see a live viewing together. I had already paid for the tickets and stuff but because I had handed it over to my friend, he said he would get the ticket printed from a 7 11. It says you have to do it within 24 hours of selecting the option to print the ticket but he forgot and it’s been past 24 hours. Is it possible try to get the ticket printed again? I don’t really want my money back, I just want to get the tickets somehow. Is it still possible? The payment was done through cloak if that’s important
