Hey,
I recently moved to Japan for my exchange semester and managed to order a IIJmio SIM card online despite my limited Japanese knowledge. I’m now stuck at the very last step which is the ID verification process. I got a confirmation that my application was accepted and I already logged in with my mioID. But I never got a mail or a notification how to follow up with the ID verification process.
I already searched their FAQs and even gave the automatic Chat Bot a try. But no luck.
Anyone had the same issue or does anyone know how to solve this without calling the Japanese Support Center?
