I made a few different dishes this week, because it’s what I fancied 😊 (details in the comments)

  1. First picture – grilled salmon, pickled cucumbers, salad, red pepper salad, rice with furikake and a bowl of Miso soup.

    Second picture – tamago kake gohan: rice with egg, soy sauce and furikake. I also added a pinch of MSG thanks to Kenji Lopez-Alt’s video.

    Third picture – my take on chicken karaage with ramen (if that’s even a thing 😂).
    It was half a ramen kit with some fried chicken I made 😋.

    Don’t know about anyone else, but I just love having lots of different little servings of food. I have a few different bowls, some from where I live and some from when I’ve visited Japan (along with the chopsticks etc!)
