Hi all, moving to Tokyo in a couple of months and am wondering if there are any equivalent of F45/BFT gyms in Tokyo. Gyms that focus on class based sessions.
I know that there’s currently one F45 gym. Are there similar gym chains with more locations available? I only speak English so a foreigner friendly gym would be great!
