I’m thinking about buying a new smartphone, most probably a Galaxy S22 Ultra, but I’m having some kind of trouble finding good deals online Are there any good places on where to buy? Reliable and cheap?

If you want Galaxy S22 Ultra your only choice for domestic market is from the either docomo or au. It isn’t available as a sim-free device.
Or you can buy from foreign market, like expansys or Amazon US. But you there won’t be official service center in Japan.
