Is it possible to have both your 旧姓 (former last name) and 別姓 (alternative last name) written on a Japanese passport? I can find one or the other online, but don’t see examples of having both.
Context: I’m half Japanese, got married to a Japanese person, and have moved into her Koseki. From now on I guess my Japanese passport will have her last name as my last name. I would like to have my American last name as the 別姓 so it matches my other documents, but my Japanese mother would like to know if her name can live on on my documentation as a 旧姓. I can’t find great documentation online about keeping both, so am asking here if anyone has experience with this – thanks!
Any Setagaya residents here use せたがやpay? I noticed they have a 30% return in points campaign. It’s it worth it? We eat out locally quite often so I’m wondering if it’s a good deal or if it’s something to skip entirely.
