Hello I am looking for a short term rental in japan and came across Tokyo-furnished.com

I have not been able to find any reviews on google about the service.

Has anyone had any experiences with them or know anyone that has ?

  1. If accurate those are surprisingly reasonable prices.

    A little suspicious what they mean by “From” ï¿¥xxx,000 /month, sounds like this is a teaser ad and it will be much more after various add-on fees.

    Edit: Nevermind what I said about the prices. Their “1BR” are studios with a door between the kitchen and the rest of the apartment. And what the hell is Tokyo’s “SoHo” district? There’s no Houston Street to be south of, and it’s nowhere near Westminster.

    These are yellow flags, not red flags. And depending on how well you speak and read Japanese, having an English-speaking landlord might make things a lot easier. I’m only urging caution and care before signing anything.

  2. I am under one of their leases, chillest guys around. Only make SURE to visit the apartment before you sign in.
