I know that many carriers in Japan support eSim for data-only and tourist-targeted service, but are there any that support eSim for regular, postpaid voice service? I’d like to buy an iPhone 14 in the US and bring it back to Japan, but US models are eSim only.

I’m using rakuten with e-sim currently.

All the main providers support it.
It looks like only a handful of the MVNOs do
