I will be staying in Tokyo for a year and unfortunatly have caught a fungal nail infection. Does anyone have recommendations where i can get treatment sets? Do they have them in stores or should i buy it from the internet?

It’s honestly probably cheaper to go to the dermatologist.
Speaking from experience those sets don’t work. I got pills from the doctor for mine
I had that problem once and had to go to my doctor to get prescription anti-fungal cream because I couldn’t find any over-the-counter anti-fungal cream in the local drug store. You can go to a drug store first and ask a pharmacist but if it’s not available you’ll probably have to do the same thing I did.
