Double checking I have all my options straight

Hello,

I want to head to Japan and spend a year or more living there. I’m posting a bit about myself to see if you guys can think of anything I am missing

So a bit about myself. I am an American woman in my 30’s with a minor disability that will require a yearly checkup and medication (thyroid meds if anyone’s wondering) . I have one dog. I have 15 years of experience teaching disabled children and adults how to ride and care for horses. I have a 2 year computer support degree. I am working on my N5 Japanese level. (written i can make do with some study…spoken is hard as I don’t live where i can practice easily) I am also working on my bachelor’s degree. I also have a healthy savings of about 2 mil yen. I am not afraid to work hard.

Does anyone know if I can qualify for any visa types **beyond** student?

Does anyone have any suggestions of proven language school programs?

Does anyone have any red flags I should watch for when researching programs?
