Im 17m and moved to Nishinomiya 1 month ago as an exchange student and i need to get my hair cut, my Japanese is very limited so i need a place they can speak english and where they are used to my hair.
I have very thick hair that has a little bit of volume to it so they should be used to cutting this kind of hair.

Grace Alley in Umeda, Osaka. Great salon at a great location, has some English speaking staff, worth the money!
