6. Getting your temperature taken literally takes 2 seconds and is completely painless. I don’t see why people are making a huge fuss about it.
   I’d certainly feel safer considering that on Mt. Fuji social distancing is impossible and wearing a mask would be stupid

7. I don’t understand this. If you’re hiking up Mt. Fuji, aren’t you doing it socially distanced?

8. Quick question: is this after they have already climbed for a while or just when they start climbing?

   Because in case of the former, I’d expect perfectly healthy people to be removed from climbing further because they warmed up too well or something…

13. Honestly this is totally normal for Japan.. even regular malls and restaurants have little temperature checks at the front where you just scan your hand or face. Pointless yes, but not weird ..

15. I have done this climb twice. Not sure that I would sleep up there next to some rando right now. Probably would do the climb all night rout right now.
