Vaccine passport

My proof of being fully vaccinated is a document that has 2 stickers with the type of vaccine and dates vaccine was given. This was filled out by my
primary physician. The document was originally
from the city office.

1) Is this not sufficient proof of vaccination when traveling overseas?

2) I am planning to travel to Taiwan and the U.S. late November. Do I need this thing called a “Vaccine Passport” in order to be able to enter the countries?

3) How long did that take you to get?

  1. Via the Vaccine Passport app, it took 15 seconds.

If you need a paper version, it will take anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks, depending on how your ward or city processes the request.
