I am planning to apply for permanent residence in the future, is it OK to have break between companies for example 2-3 weeks ?
My concerns are Taxes, Health Insurance, and Pension stuffs.
Do I need to do something about those things?
Or should I avoid the break ?

Haha I had a break for 3 months between my last job and current one as I was waiting for my change of visa status to be processed. You’ll be fine. If you DO happen to owe anything at the end of it, they’ll send you a letter.
