Do you make your own chanpon soup?

Looking for any good recipes you fine people might share for chanpon. The frozen Nissui one is ok, and fills a hole, but I feel it could be much better made fresh and want to steal your grandmother’s secrets, please.

  1. Reasonable, but nothing special:

    2 tbsp torigara stock granules

    1 tsp soy sauce

    2 tsp oyster sauce

    100ml milk

    600ml water
