8. I cringed a bit when you used the blde of the knife to scrape the food into the pan..

   Use the spine of the blade or you’ll be sharpening that knife constantly.

    Usually I won’t bother peeling the tomatoes tho, just blitz it up.
    Also the restaurant near my place put pear and honey in for sweetness, I tried to to the same and it’s amazing XD
