Got out in February, getting more thankful everyday.
They fired 200 people en masse during an online meeting a month or so ago and are desperately trying to re- recruit many of those same people as of last week.

To anyone reading this, do not even look at dispatch companies at all. Even if you’re desperate to just “Get into Japan!” seriously don’t do it. I know friends with certain companies and the pay is abysmal as well as the overall job security. You will be full of anxiety on each paycheck. Just don’t do it ffs.
I start a new job at an eikaiwa next month that pays better, so I’m great and glad to be done with Interac.
Starting to think the people let go are the lucky ones. Just joined a school in Minato to have 25 classes per week, 6 of them being T1 classes I have to create myself. What an awful underpaying company this is.
