Calling those that are use Japanese Hot Water bottles

1. I purchased this bottle without knowing how I am to use it. I tried to translate the instructions but it didn’t make any sense.

   Should I add boiling water or hot but cooled water?

   How does the seal/cap work?

2. I don’t use a japanese hot water bottle but i use hot water bottles. If it is plastic I would advise against boiling water. Just hot tap water or less than boiling hot water. I would hope the cap just turns to come off but maybe you have to push down whilst turning.
