Hi all, after 2+ years being locked out we are returning to our historical home in Japan at the end of October. I worry about our Vaccine card, we live in Hawaii and we’re required to show it for about 8 months for many activities. As such it’s a little dingy, all the info is still clearly visible, but we worry it looks a little informal. Also is the mySOS app still needed post Oct 11th? I can’t seem to find details on the various sites.

I saw some really torn up japanese-issued certificates (which are a flimsy A4 sheet of paper) being accepted recently with no question.
