Does anyone know where you can find the newest guidelines on Japanese education distributed by the government? I need them for research for a master thesis.
More specifically, I need the guidelines regarding mental health of students, that will be enforced in 2022. On the site of the ministry of education, I’ve only found guideline commentary from 2017-18. Unless these are the most recent guidelines? Can someone confirm?
Any help or hints would be really appreciated.

MEXT website should have them. Here you go. https://www.mext.go.jp/en/
Most of the newer policies or revised regulations will be on the MEXT Japanese website. I’m not sure if you’ll find the exact information needed, as most of it is usually mixed in with their meeting minutes. (That’s a different discussion altogether)
