Suggestions of public schools for foreign kids 🎌👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

I have two sons, 4 and 7 years old, that don’t speak or understand Japanese.

My oldest is currently in the second grade of elementary school, the the youngest is in Preschool/Kindergarten.

I’m looking for a public elementary school that provides a good integration for foreign children and if possible foreigner integration support.
After finding a suitable school I will then find a house nearby.

I will work near Gotanda (五反田) so I’m mainly searching for a school/place that is around 40 minutes away from there.

Does anyone have suggestions of:
– Good public elementary schools with good integration for foreign kids?
– Good areas to live and to raise foreign kids that are around/less than 40 minutes away from Gotanda (五反田)?
